About Hospice Family Care
As Madison County’s oldest and only not-for-profit hospice, we have been caring for the life of our community since 1979 by providing hospice and bereavement care to terminally ill patients – and their families. Until recently, our services were primarily focused on outpatient, home hospice care as well as bereavement care. We began a new chapter in 2017 with the opening of our inpatient hospice facility on the campus of the Redstone Village senior living community. This beautiful building offers general inpatient hospice care to patients who meet criteria, respite care and short term hospice care with private pay room and board.
Our Mission
